"That's none of your business!" Tania snapped, jerking her arm away from Peter. "Move!" However, Peter's expression was stern. "Where are you headed? I'll give you a lift."

"Don't worry about me. It's getting late. You should head home, Mr. Lennon!" Tania said, turning to head inside. Just then, Charles stepped out and caught sight of Peter still lingering. He quirked an eyebrow in surprise. "Still here?" Peter's lips were a tight line, and his gaze towards Charles was icy.

Charles just shrugged, then tossed a set of car keys to Tania. "Good luck finding a cab around here at night. This is Noelle's ride. Take it for a spin!"

"Thanks, bro!" Tania grabbed the keys, dashed to the garage, and zoomed off in the car.

Hands casually tucked in his pockets, Charles watched Peter with a mischievous glint in his eye. 'I never thought I'd see the day you'd be this rattled!'

Peter's scowl deepened. He could not afford to clash with Charles right then. With a sly grin, Charles added, "Just a heads-up: Trevon flew back in today, and Tania went to meet him."

Without a word or a backward glance, Peter stormed off to his car and followed suit.

Noelle stepped outside just in time to see Peter's car peel away. "Aren't you worried that he'll go start a brawl with Trevon?"
